The Doors of Hypnosis

During this period, I completed training in Body-Mind Centering, a high-level body awareness practice, as well as training in massage. This allowed me to develop a strong sense of the body-mind connection and the somatization processes inherent to human life.

I conducted relaxation workshops in public schools for children and teenagers. The objective was to channel their energy in a playful way while fostering a positive relationship with their bodies. This indirectly familiarized me with the approach of hypnosis for younger individuals.

I obtained my state nursing diploma, thereby significantly expanding my knowledge of pathologies and various aspects of health-related situations. I moved to work in the Lake Geneva region. During this time, I took additional short courses in hypnosis while maintaining regular practice.

I eventually completed training in medical Elmanian hypnosis in Fribourg with the MHP Center, to solidify and enrich my skills.
